Murali Sharma, the founder of the JK Group of Companies, is a wealthy industrialist from Vijayanagaram. He understands and respects the worth of money. He misses his son and spends time looking at photos of him from his childhood. He expresses his desire to have his son return to him and the people around him. On the other side, a disappointed man (Venkatesh) continues to make a fool of himself by lending money to the Manga Tiffin Center family (Tamanna and Co). His sidekick is raghu Babu. Another young man (Varun Tej) aspires to marry a wealthy woman (Mehreen), but falls prey to her trap. The plot then takes a number of twists and turns, with multiple characters entering the picture.

Venkatesh appeared energised and amusing. His typical humour, delivered with razor-sharp lines, worked wonderfully. He has demonstrated his agility by keeping up with the young actors' pace. However, his element of night blindness is not adequately utilized. varun Tej's stammering act could make some people giggle. He's not as good as he was in F2. Tamanna was detained due to her celebrity. She is undoubtedly one of the most important factors in F2's success. Tamannah's X factor is put to good use. mehreen is stunning, and Sonal in a small role and pooja hegde in a special performance round out the cast. f3 was good, but don't make F4 and make audience go bored.
