Any significant film that is shown on well-known
telugu entertainment channels often receives a TRP of between 15 and 20. Ala Vaikuntapurramlo now holds the record after receiving a record-breaking 29 TRPs at its
television debut, however subsequently, many famous films are only receiving low TRPs. The biggest surprise is that Nani's most recent
movie, "Ante Sundaraniki," had a TRP of 1.8, which is very low by any standard.

For the record, although having its ups and downs, "Ante Sundaraniki" is not a horrible movie. The movie's 1.8 TRP, however, suggests that normal
telugu moviegoers are actually shunning satellite channels in order to quench their demand for entertainment. The majority of the
audience that preferred not to
view the
movie in theatres may have done so after it was already published on Netflix. The biggest revelation for satellite channels right now is that they won't get TRPs by putting a
movie on OTT far in advance.

The second fact is that dish and cable
tv are becoming less popular among young consumers. They are only purchasing smart TVs and smartphones, which allow them to access the majority of information on YouTube without charge. Then, for simply the cost of two months' worth of cable
tv,
customers may get a membership to a well-known OTT platform. As a result, more viewers are adopting smart devices with YouTube, Prime Video, Hotstar, and Netflix so they may
watch the
movie without interruption whenever and wherever they want. It appears that satellite
tv may soon be obsolete.
