According to records discovered by Indextap.com, janhvi kapoor and her family paid 65 crore for a duplex flat in Mumbai's Bandra West neighbourhood. The apartment, which has a 6,421 square foot carpet area, is situated on the first and second floors of a structure. Janhvi, her father Boney Kapoor, and her sister Khushi Kapoor all purchased the property together. On the transaction, they have paid Rs 3.90 crore in stamp duty. The contract was officially filed on october 12, 2022. There are five parking spaces available for the apartment unit.

A swimming pool and an open garden space are located on the first level, while the duplex flat is located on the first and second floors. The Kapoor family purchased the flat for about Rs 1 lakh per square foot, taking into account the carpet space of 6,421 sq ft. Today, janhvi kapoor is enjoying great success. The 25-year-survival old's thriller drama Mili, which hits theatres today (November 4), features her father Boney Kapoor as producer.
