Prashant Patil further said that raj Kundra had no hand in the obscene material and he will continue his fight for justice. He said- We have come to know about these allegations from the primary and media reports. My client raj Kundra has nothing to do with the said crime. Prima facie no case is made out against them. raj Kundra deserves justice and will approach the court for his defense.
