In the first look photographs from the Prime Video holiday action film red One, Dwayne Johnson and chris Evans collaborate. Johnson recently made his eagerly anticipated DC Universe debut in the blockbuster Black Adam film. And because of his portrayal of Steve Rogers, nicknamed Captain America, Evans has a strong connection to the MCU.

But due to Johnson and Evans' upcoming collaboration in red One on Prime Video, their ties with competing cinematic universes are about to be temporarily set aside. Johnson is obviously accustomed to working for the main streaming services; he co-starred with actors Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot in the Netflix spy thriller red Notice (which is unrelated to red One). Evans has also already joined the Netflix bandwagon, appearing in the Russo Brothers action movie The Gray Man from 2022.
