Dhamaka, the upcoming movie starring ravi Teja, is on track to become the first of his movies to gross $100 million worldwide. Another significant milestone has been made by the movie under Trinadha Rao Nakkina's direction. Surprisingly, Dhamaka has accomplished this while breaking a non-Rajamouli record. On the tenth day, Dhamaka earned 4.2 Cr. as a share. The previous best was Rangasthalam, starring ram Charan.

The top three grossing films on the 10th day are RRR, Baahubali 2, and Baahubali, the last three films directed by Rajamouli. Dhamaka took advantage of the New Year's and weekend festivities by collecting nearly similar or higher amounts in a few locations on january 1. Even Housefull billboards may be seen throughout the movie. The film made half a million dollars in the USA as well, marking the first time in a very long time that a ravi Teja-starring film has performed so admirably there.

Dhamaka is the third-highest grossing film in india and tops the list of telugu states' highest-earning films for the week.
