The South box office has a busy calendar with up to four releases, all of which include A-list talent. Waltair Veerayya, starring megastar chiranjeevi, is one of them. According to our report, the movie will get off to a strong start. Early estimates indicate that the movie did well at the box office, competing fiercely with Nandamuri Balakrishna's Veera simha Reddy.

Godfather, the megastar Chiranjeevi's most recent film, performed admirably at the box office. Waltair Veerayya, his first film of 2023, apparently did well on its first day. According to a report by Sacnik, the movie made Rs 33 crore on Day 1. It is estimated that the share revenue will be in the neighbourhood of Rs 20 crore, or around one-fourth of the movie's gross. Waltair Veerayya performed far better than Godfather and rivalled Nandamuri Balakrishna's Veera simha reddy in terms of competitiveness.

Bobby Kolli is the director of Walter Verayya. In the prominent role alongside chiranjeevi is shruti Haasan. The movie is produced on a large scale by Mythri movie Makers' naveen Yerneni and Y ravi Shankar, with GK Mohan serving as a co-producer. While the story and dialogue were developed by bobby himself, kona venkat and K chakravarthy Reddy penned the screenplay.
