With its recent rise in fame, "Balagam" is now establishing a new standard by being screened in numerous villages throughout the state. Family relationships, human values, and ethics are highlighted in the film, which has the backing of the village elders. The sarpanches have taken the initiative to show "Balagam" in numerous villages throughout the former karimnagar district over the past few days.

The Ugadi celebration in Vattimalla of the Konaraopet Mandal in the Rajanna-Sircilla district saw the first showing. Later, it was broadcast in towns like Metpalli Mandal, Venkatraopet, Jaggasagar, Kasaram, and Upparamallial. The practice of film screenings in rural regions has all but disappeared, but "Balagam" is bringing it back. people are reminded of the government-sponsored films that were once projected in public places to inform people about welfare policies and developmental initiatives.

The movie's director, venu Yeldandi, was successful in his attempt to educate viewers about failing relationships and vanishing human ideals. The villagers have responded favourably to the "Balagam" screenings, with many of them appreciating the effort to bring entertainment and instruction to their doorsteps. In addition to karimnagar, communities in the districts of Medak, Siddipet, and sangareddy are also screening the film.
Such village screenings will bring the audiences near to movies in locations without access to theatres.
