The video begins with Khalid taking Saba for a scan as the doctor has advised her to take complete rest for fifteen days. In the next scene, Khalid and Saba share with tears in their eyes that when they went for the scan, the doctor could not find a heartbeat. Khalid shared that he was shocked when he came to know about this. Khalid also shared that more than the news of Sabah's miscarriage, he was scared of the abortion procedure, as he knew his wife would get scared very quickly. Although Sabah showed great strength and did not cry, she was having negative thoughts as she was inside the OT for the first time. At the end of the video, Saba said, "It didn't happen as expected, but they say we should always be happy in Allah's will."
Saba also told that her husband Sunny supported her throughout the journey. He shared that there were times when tears welled up in his eyes, but he remained strong for her. She said, "It came to tears quite a few times, but it didn't, so when I was being wheeled into the OT, I wasn't crying, especially just for that. Because what had to happen had happened."
