Adipurush Dialogue modification after backlash..Why?
Adipurush's production crew has made "alterations" to the script amid criticism of Hanuman's dialogue for being too casually spoken and insulting viewers. While it's not apparent which dialogues have been changed, the film's creators claim that they are revisiting those that didn't sit well with viewers in order to make them resonate with the movie's major themes. This will be reflected in the theatres over the coming days.
Manoj Muntashir, the dialogue writer, stated following the alterations, "Our goal was to present the real heroes of islam to our younger generation. Five dialogues have been criticised, and they will be modified. It is our job to correct any areas that customers don't like.
In a recent interview, Muntashir was questioned about the dialogue Hanuman says in the "Lanka Dahan" segment, "Tel tere baap ka. I am the tere baap ki, he had said, "How are we all familiar with the Ramayana? We read as well as follow the tradition of katha vaachan, but there is also a vaachan parampara. The Ramayan is a type of granth (book) that we have known since we were very young; it includes the paath and the Akhand Ramayan, among many other things. My hometown is a small one, and my grandparents used to read us stories from the Ramayan in this dialect. Another point is that the discourse you just brought up has been employed by the greatest saints and storytellers in our nation in exactly the same way that I did in Adipurush. This dialogue has already been written, so I'm not the first to come up with it.
