It is a well-known truth that South indian A-list actors demand extremely expensive rates for their work, yet many bollywood actors' costs are lower than those of South indian A-list females. It was recently revealed that South film icon samantha Ruth Prabhu is demanding Rs 10 crore for the movie "Citadel India." However, the list of the highest-paid actresses has just been updated to include the name of another well-known South actress.
Without a doubt, samantha Ruth Prabhu is one of India's most well-known actresses, and her reputation has grown as a result of the item song "Oo Antawa" from the blockbuster movie "Pushpa." After the popularity of this song, samantha reportedly raised her rates, charging Rs 10 crore for the web series "Citadel India."
Trisha Krishnan, an actress, has outperformed samantha in terms of demanding large fees for her roles in films. After Mani Ratnam's movie "Ponniyan Selvan," according to a recent poll by Fincash, Trisha's star value rose. She is now demanding Rs 10 crore for her next movie, making her the highest-paid actress in South indian cinema.

Trisha was featured in a significant role in the two-part multi-starrer "Ponniyan Selvan," which she co-starred in with aishwarya Rai Bachchan.  Soon, trisha will appear opposite Vijay Thalapathy in the movie "Leo." The movie is expected to be released in October.
