After the completion of the shooting of Thalapathy Vijay's film Leo directed by lokesh kanagaraj, a consultation meeting was held with 234 block administrators at Vijay People's Directorate office in Panaiyur, chennai yesterday. Actor Vijay had left his house in Neelangarai by car and was heading towards Panayur to attend this meeting. The fans, who knew he was coming, chased his car in front and behind. As a result, actor Vijay's car went without stopping at the Akkarai Junction traffic signal. The related video went viral and all people shared this. After this, the chennai traffic police fined actor Vijay 500 rupees for violating the traffic signal.On november 20 last year, Thalapathy Vijay met fans at the People's Movement office in Panayur, Chennai. At that time, actor Vijay was fined 500 rupees for sticking a black sticker on the windshield of his car.
