Reportedly ever since abhishek bachchan made his debut in the year 2000 with 'Refugee', the actor has faced constant comparisons with his father, the legendary amitabh Bachchan. While abhishek considers it as a huge compliment to be in the same ballpark as Big B, they're very different as actors, says a director who has worked with both of them. Recently we got into a conversation with R Balki, saiyami kher and abhishek for 'Ghoomer' where they spoke at length about their film and much more.
Big B is R Balki's lucky charm as he's confessed many a times, but the director strongly feels after working with this father-son duo that they're different from each other. Balki said, "I think abhishek is highly distinctive.
Being amitabh Bachchan's son and being so different from him is almost an impossibility. abhishek is very modern, he has a different personality. There's intensity but intensity with a smile. There are very few actors like him I've seen. He has a certain tone of voice and I'm yet to find a word for that tone of voice, like I'm yet to find a word for amitabh Bachchan's tone of voice."
