Jailer Movie: There will be no more RCB jersey...

The makers of the film "Jailer" have been ordered by the delhi High court to alter scenes in which a shooter is seen sporting an RCB jersey. The delhi High court has ordered that the scenes be changed or altered by september 1 or else no theatres will display the RCB jersey.

The IPL-based party complained to the court about the use of the RCB jersey in scenes that were described as being done in a "denigratory manner." According to the movie, a contract killer who was wearing the jersey was misogynistic towards a female character. Now, the royal challengers Bangalore asserts that the use of the jersey in the film was portrayed negatively and that the team's consent was not obtained before the use of the jersey. According to RCB, the negative usage was done to damage the company's reputation.

It was also mentioned that the RCB and the filmmakers have come to an agreement. The movie makers have agreed to change the jersey so that it does not appear to be an RCB jersey. The parties stated, "This would include deletion of the RCB jersey's primary colours as well as the branding of the sponsors, etc., which are displayed on the RCB jersey. The parties agreed that the defendants would carry out this alteration in theatrical mode, by september 1st, 2023, given that the feature film Jailer had already been released in theatres as of august 10th, 2023, the court noted.
