music composer AR Rahman's live concert, 'Marakkuma Nenjam', which happened a couple of days ago has been flak for poor management from the fans. Apart from this, some of the female fans who were there at the venue to attend the concert have also complained about being molested by men in the crowd.
After an independent filmmaker shared a video of her hand trembling in shock hours after she got molested at the venue, singer Shweta Mohan extended her support to the girl and said that that her heart goes out to her. The talented singer, who also performed at the concert, questioned if AR rahman deserves such perpetrators disguised as his fans attending his concerts.

Taking to her social networking page, Shweta Mohan wrote, "Unable to ignore this tweet. For an icon who has stood for peace, love and humanity all his life, it is extremely unfortunate that this has happened at his concert where the music has always eased pain for all attending. Does ARR sir deserve such perpetrators as fans attending his concert? He deserves better, way better. In every concert he dedicates a song especially to women as a reminder to every man of the respect he needs to carry for every woman. But Alas!"

Shweta also added, "Stay strong, #Singapenne !! We live in a heinous society. My heart goes out to you. Sending you energy to help overcome this and rise again! "Unakkaga Neeye Udipaai Amma...!"
