The most recent chiranjeevi film, Bholaa Shankar, was released on august 11, 2023. meher ramesh was the film's director. Bholaa shankar had virtually little hype ever since the movie's trailer debuted. Few people were even aware that a chiranjeevi movie was coming out till a week before its release.  Things changed as a result of the pre-release event and Chiranjeevi's back-to-back interviews. 
But regrettably, none of this was helpful because Bholaa shankar began with a terrible lecture from the very first performance. After only three days on the market, the movie was declared a flop. The movie has even been removed from numerous theatres on Monday. Only under Rs 40 crores were made during the entire run of Bholaa Shankar. Due to the failure of the movie, the producers could have lost up to Rs 45 crore on it, and the majority of the distributors have filed for bankruptcy.
Chiranjeevi imitated his brother pawan kalyan in a few scenes in Bholaa shankar and most of the fans feel that it looks like a cringe-fest. Comments are being passed as to how chiranjeevi gave such a big responsibility to meher ramesh who had not directed a film in the last twelve years. At the same time, for sreemukhi scene everyone make comments in several vulgar ways and you can see that above.
