The sports drama 'Lal Salaam' directed by Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth stars vishnu vishal and vikranth in lead roles. The movie makers on october 1 made the official announcement regarding the release of the film. Sharing a new poster, the movie makers said, " LAL SALAAM to hit screens on pongal 2024."
The new poster portrays Rajinikanth and vishnu vishal in a red background. The shooting for the film was wrapped up a few months back and it is currently in post-production. Rajinikanth will be playing an important cameo role in the film as Moideen Bhai. The movie is a sports drama based on cricket and it also stars kapil dev in a cameo role. The movie makers are yet to announce the teaser and trailer launch date and it is expected that the promotions of the film will begin in december 2023.
On the work front, Rajinikanth after 'Lal Salaam' has signed up for two films - 'Thalaivar 170' with TJ Gnanavel and 'Thlaivar 171' with lokesh Kanagaraj. The lyca productions which is producing 'Lal Salaam' is also producing 'Thalaivar 170' and the official announcement regarding the film's technical crew was made today. The music for 'Thalaivar 170' will be composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
