Actress Nithya Menen was last seen in the tamil film 'Thiruchitrambalam', which was released in 2019. The actress gained much popularity for her role in the dhanush starrer, and she is all set to start work on her next tamil film, which will be directed by Krithika Udayanidhi.
The yet-to-be titled film stars jayam ravi in the lead role, and the actress, in a recent interaction with the media in Kerala, revealed that her next project is interesting and reportedly stated that her role in the new film alongside jayam ravi will be more impressive than her role as Shobana in Thiruchitrambalam.
The yet-to-be titled film is touted as a romantic comedy set in a rural background, and the film is said to go on the road soon. Produced by red Giant Movies, the music for the film will be composed by AR Rahman.
On the professional front, Nithya Menen is awaiting the release of her web series titled 'Masterpiece' in Malayalam, and she also had her telugu web series 'Kumari Srimathi' which was recently released. Meanwhile, jayam ravi was last seen in the adult psychotic thriller 'Iraivan', which made a gross of Rs 4 crore at the box office. Directed by I Ahmed, the film starred Nayanthara as the female lead. jayam ravi is currently shooting for his film 'Brother' directed by M Rajesh, and he has a few more projects in the pipeline that include 'Siren' and 'Genie'.
