Five indian states—Chhattisgarh, Mizoram, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Telangana—all of which are preparing for 2019 elections—have now adopted the Model Code of Conduct. The telangana election Code mandates that anybody engaging in election-related activities exhibit prudence, especially when handling funds greater than Rs. 50,000. If regulations are broken, authorities have the right to examine financial transactions and take assets. Documentary evidence is required for cash transactions over 50,000.

This examination covers a wide range of financial transactions, such as medical expenses, tuition costs, commercial operations, and important occurrences costing more than Rs. 50,000. Carrying $50,000 in cash is a relatively typical occurrence for regular individuals. Common people, particularly those in rural regions who still conduct cash transactions when purchasing or selling jewellery, agricultural lands, animals, etc., or even for paying emergency costs like hospital charges, may struggle as a result of this election law and procedures.

They were instructed by ECI officials to conduct elections fairly, without favouring any political party.  The ECI officials gave a connection between mahbubnagar district and Hyderabad, Goa, and other places as an example. Why have drug seizures not been impacted in this district, why have no instances been reported in mahbubnagar district, and why have police personnel' actions in this matter not been called into question? Inquiring about boisterous sheeters, mafia gangs, and other topics, the ECI officials also expressed dissatisfaction with the police authority.
