On this, shahid narrated a funny incident and told how initially he and his wife Mira failed to decide which of their films they would show to their children because either they were not good or were not meant for children.
Shahid said, “For a long time, Mira used to ask me, which of your films should I show to the children? And I used to say don't show even one. Some are not good and the good ones are not worth showing to children. Eventually, he saw my film and he went to the theater when 'Jab We Met' was being re-run in the theatre. meera and my mother came up with this plan, this is the only film we can show to the children.
Shahid shares son Zain's reaction after watching his film 'Jab We Met'
In the same conversation, shahid talked about his children's reaction after watching their performance in the film 'Jab We Met'. The actor revealed how his son Zain watched the film and asked him if he looked the same without the beard as he did in the film. In his words, “So he went and saw 'Jab We Met' in the theater and my son came back and he looked at me and said, Dad, this is what you look like without the beard? So that was the first film of mine that he saw.
When shahid revealed how his wife Mira convinced him to do the film 'Kabir Singh'
