IMAX Corporation and 7 Screen Studios have collaborated to bring Thalapathy Vijay’s Leo to IMAX screens not only in india but also worldwide. This achievement marks Leo as the third tamil film to be released in IMAX, following in the footsteps of Mani Ratnam’s ponniyin selvan 1 and ponniyin selvan 2.

Directed by lokesh kanagaraj, Leo stars Thalapathy Vijay in the lead role. The film also marks the tamil debut of bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, who gained immense popularity for his portrayal of Adhira in the kannada film KGF: Chapter 2. The recently unveiled trailer has added to the excitement surrounding the movie, which also features prominent actors like trisha krishnan and arjun sarja in pivotal roles.

The highly anticipated film Leo is already making waves and garnering significant attention from audiences in india and cinema enthusiasts worldwide. With a notable presence in the USA, the movie has set impressive booking records, while producer SS Lalit has just announced that booking for Leo will commence in tamil Nadu on october 15.

This exciting update was shared by producer Lalit on the microblogging platform X, and it coincided with confirmation from trade analyst Ramesh bala regarding the booking date. The buzz around the film’s release has been palpable, and anticipation is running high.

Recognising the enthusiastic demand and booking collection in the USA, the film’s producers have also made a request to the tamil Nadu government for early morning screenings. They have proposed 4 a.m. and 7 a.m. showtimes. However, the final confirmation of these timings is still pending, awaiting the government’s approval.

In the meantime, the tamil Nadu government has granted permission to cinema halls to conduct special screenings for the highly anticipated film starring Thalapathy Vijay, Leo. The government emphasized the need for adequate arrangements to ensure the cooperation and security of the police department and to prevent any overcrowding in theatres while maintaining public health.
