With no end in sight, the sankranti season is becoming a battlefield for the release of one movie after another. For Sankranthi, six films have already set their release dates. But whether these films have enough space is a big question mark. However, "HanuMan" is one movie that is up against the danger.

"Hanuman," "Eagle," "Saindhav," "Naa Samiranga," "Guntur Karam," and "Saindhav" all declared their intention to compete in the sankranti race. Another newcomer to the lineup is "Family Star."

"Guntur Karam" is maybe the most appropriate of these options for a sankranti release. "Saindhav" and "Family Star," backed by titans of the business Dil Raju and suresh Babu, have an identical edge. The availability of theatres doesn't appear to be an issue.

But lately, "Eagle" has been shrouded in mystery, casting doubt on the likelihood of its sankranti release. The entry gates will probably close to new competitors if "Eagle" enters the race. "Na Samiranga" is dependent on how the filming is going. Nagarjuna, though, is hoping to capitalise on the positive buzz around his previous films when they visit theatres for Sankranthi.

In light of the intense competition, "Hanuman" has little chance of finding theatres. Although the film's completion might not be a problem, securing a slot in the middle of the fierce competition might be more difficult, thus it would be worthwhile to think about moving the release date.
