Leo, Thalapathy Vijay's most recent film, directed by lokesh kanagaraj, has been an enormous hit. The cast and crew of the movie attended a success party that the filmmakers arranged after the movie had been running in theatres for two weeks.
Leo was not just a huge smash but also the first time that the much-loved combination of Thalapathy Vijay and trisha krishnan appeared together on screen in 15 years. Kuruvi, the 2008 action movie, was the last movie in which they were spotted together. The ponniyin selvan actress spoke to the crowd during the success event and described her experience working with Vijay like "meeting a high school friend after a long time."

The actress expressed her gratitude to director lokesh kanagaraj and said she was honoured to be a part of the lokesh Cinematic Universe, or LCU as it is well known. An approximate rendering of her words would be: I am grateful to lokesh for Sathya. I'm relieved you didn't murder me in the film, and I feel privileged to be a member of LCU. Working with Vijay was like reuniting with an old buddy from high school, and in my twenty years of work, we have spent the most time together.
