Ranbir Kapoor appeared overwhelmed after mahesh bhatt sent him a special message in the recent episode of indian Idol. Ranbir was on the show with rashmika mandanna to promote their film, Animal. Amid performances and promotions, the actor was surprised with a video from Bhatt who was all praise for Ranbir as a father. The director, who is Ranbir’s father-in-law, called Ranbir the ‘best father in the world.’ “Alia, who I believe is a miracle, says Ranbir is one of the best actors in our country. But I believe Ranbir is the world’s best father. When he sees Raha (Ranbir and Alia’s daughter), I wish you could see his eyes at that time. His mother, Neetu Kapoor, says, ‘Aisa pyaar toh maa karti hai apni bachiyo se jo Ranbir karta hai Raha se.’ I’m proud I have a son-in-law like Ranbir,” mahesh bhatt said.
Ranbir was visibly moved by his words and said, “He has never said such things to me in person. So thank you indian idol for this. I have been passed by my son-in-law.” Ranbir welcomed Raha with alia in november 2022. The actor has not revealed her face to fans yet. However, he has not shied away from speaking about her on multiple occasions. During a recent event, bobby deol revealed Ranbir video calls Raha and talks to her.
