Some beauty may garner a lot of attention with only one film, as was the case with mumbai starlet Kriti Shetty, who had previously been extremely renowned on the ad circuit. "Uppena" transformed this young beauty's fate, but back-to-back flops assured she'd be out of employment in no time. And now for her second chance.

With a string of flops like Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali, The Warrior, Custody, and macherla Niyojakavargam, Kriti Shetty is no longer the tollywood darling she once was. She currently has no telugu projects other than Sharwanand's 'Maname,' directed by sriram Aditya. While she has one Malayali film and one tamil film in the works, none is generating much interest. Then there's "LIC," which might transform her fortunes.

With pradeep Ranganathan of "Love Today" fame in the lead, brilliant filmmaker and Nayanthara's husband Vignesh Shivan is making a new film named "Love Insurance Corporation" aka "LIC" with Kriti Shetty as the main girl. As love Today made ripples in both telugu and tamil, this film will undoubtedly get a lot of interest in tollywood as well. I hope the film provides the actress with a much-needed second chance.
