The movie "Salaar" is making waves at the box office, having already joined the prestigious 500 crore club, and speculation is rife about its total earnings in the long run. The film has set an impressive record at the US box office, raking in $8.2 million (65 crores), making it the highest-grossing film from America after the "Baahubali" franchise.

While the telugu version of "Salaar" is enjoying massive success, other language versions, such as hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam, are seemingly not performing as strongly. The hindi version, in particular, collected around $1.5 million, a figure considered modest for a star like Prabhas. Some attribute this to Prabhas's recent films, including "Dunki," not performing as well, affecting the overall appeal of "Salaar."

The film's performance in other markets raises questions about Prabhas's total box office stamina, and projections of the movie reaching 800 to 1000 crores might be a challenging feat. This situation is prompting speculation about the potential impact of "Salar" on other upcoming releases, notably "Pushpa-2." There are discussions about the pre-release business of "Pushpa-2" in the US market, with the makers quoting a figure under 50 crores, while distributors are reportedly hesitant to go beyond that due to perceived risks.

The makers are said to be putting significant efforts into the overseas market to mitigate potential challenges. As the dynamics of box office collections unfold, the industry will be closely watching to see how the success of "Salar" may influence the fate of other films, including the eagerly anticipated "Pushpa-2."
