Keerthy suresh expanded her repertoire by venturing into tamil cinema, with her debut in Idhu Enna Maayam (2015), a romantic comedy directed by AL Vijay and co-starring vikram Prabhu. Although the film wasn’t a blockbuster, it marked her entry into the tamil industry. Her telugu debut was initially scheduled for Ainaa ishtam Nuvvu in 2015, but the release was postponed until 2020 under the new title Janakitho Nenu. Reportedly after gaining prominence in the telugu film industry, Nithiin faced struggles before regaining momentum with a special appearance in the 2019 hit gaddalakonda ganesh followed by the successful Bheeshma, which received praise from various sources. Previously, he took on the role of a blind pianist in Maestro, originally portrayed by ayushmann khurrana in the hindi film Andhadhun.
The telugu remake Maestro was directed by Merlapaka gandhi and produced by sudhakar Reddy and Nikitha reddy under the Sreshth Movies banner, with B Madhu as the presenter, hit screens in 2021. Keerthy began her journey in the film industry as a child artist. Despite completing her studies in fashion design, she continued her career in acting.
