According to property registration documents analyzed by SquareYards.com, madhavan purchased the upscale property for a staggering Rs. 17.5 crore. The spacious residence, ready for immediate occupancy, spans approximately 389 square meters (4,182 square feet) and includes two dedicated parking spaces.

He will also play the lead in Rajesh Touchriver's biopic of Chempakaraman Pillai, take on a supporting role in karan Singh Tyagi's biopic of C. Sankaran Nair, and appear in Swati Singha's science-fiction film, 'G.'
