Taapsee said, "I don't read much like Vikrant and Sunny, but I will give the book to kanika for the third part of Haseen Dillruba. Hopefully, Haseen Dillruba will keep coming again and again and never go. You will see many collaborations between me and kanika in the future too. Now we are thinking of many things that we can do together."

Interestingly, 'Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba' is the fifth collaboration between Taapsee and writer kanika Dhillon. The actor-writer duo has previously worked in 'Manmarziyaan', 'Haseen Dillruba', 'Rashmi Rocket' and 'Dunky'. Talking about her sisterly bonding and chemistry with Kanika, she said, "With each passing year, we are getting more scandalous with each other. The scandals are increasing rapidly."

'Haseen Dilruba' was released on Netflix in 2021, starring vikrant massey and Harshvardhan Rane. Its sequel was completed in december 2023. Now the film is set to rock the audience this year. 'Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba' is set to premiere on Netflix on august 9, 2024.
