SRK: Why did shahrukh khan play the villain in 'Darr'? Said- 'Didn't look like swiss chocolate'

How did he get the villain's role in 'Darr'

According to media reports, during the 77th Locarno Film festival, Shah Rukh Khan recalled his experience when director yash Chopra commented on his looks. The director had described him as different from other actors and said that he does not look like 'Swiss chocolate'. This is what inspired him to play villainous roles, including his role in yash Chopra's Darr, which was shot in Switzerland. When director yash Chopra went to actor SRK with the script of the film 'Darr' and told him "I want to cast you in a love story. But in this, you have to play the role of a villain."

However, regarding the cast in the film 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge' directed by director Aditya Chopra, Shahrukh jokingly said, "I am now a swiss chocolate boy."
