'Don't Want To Be Men': 'God Makes Men But This Generation.

Salman Khan said that men today no longer want to be men. The superstar teamed up with two famous writers Salim Javed at the launch of Angry Young Men. The actor talked about two-person films while sharing his thoughts on the current generation. He said that a man is not a man, but Salim and Javed are men, men and they will always be men.
"A lot of writers write. Salim Javed thought, they put their life experiences, what they learned from those around them, what they saw, what their parents taught them and how the growth of their children. They took it from life and put it in the cinema. The rest of the writers take it from the cinema and put it back in the cinema."


"God created people, they don't want to be people anymore. He works for many people. But this generation they don't want to be men. These two people here, my father and Javed Sahab, are men, they are men who want to be men." javed akhtar answered strongly.
Salim Khan and javed akhtar have written 24 films, 22 of which are blockbusters. These include Sholay, Don, Zanjeer, Yaadon Ki Baaraat, Deewar, Haathi Mere Saathi, Seeta Aur Geeta and Trishul. Both helped amitabh in the 1970s as Angry Young Man. Their documentary series is "Angry Young Men".


The series will interview several stars including Salman, Farhan Akhtar, hrithik roshan and amitabh Bachchan. Angry Young Men premieres on amazon Prime Video on august 20.
