His career as a director fell when he gave flop films like Kisna, Yaadein, Black and White and Yuvraj. Subhash returned to direction with Kartik Aaryan's Kanchi: The Unbreakable. This film also proved to be a flop. Talking about the work front, his last work was the film 36 Farmhouse. He wrote and directed this film. It was premiered directly on OTT, Zee5.
