Murshid - What's Next in Store for ZEE5?

Over the past few years, Zee5 has released a large number of web series. Only a small number of them have drawn widespread notice, and the platform is still finding it difficult to compete with the likes of Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar, and amazon Prime Video. A new show called Murshid has been introduced by Zee 5 today to run in between all of these. Although specific details about the show are still pending, it is said to be a mobster drama, and the official poster has made references to this.

In the latest tease, tanuj virwani is shown wearing an aggressive expression, and legendary actress kay kay menon is seen holding a revolver. The former has already made an impression on viewers with a variety of roles, while the latter gained enormous popularity from his portrayal as Vayu Raghavan in Inside Edge. The main plot of Murshid, which will debut on august 30, 2024, is said to center on the life of a mobster who wants to take control of Mumbai. Zakir Hussain, Anang Desai, and Jameel Chaudhary would all play significant roles.

It is obvious that there won't be anything new given the storyline reports. Similar tales of a strong individual who wishes to dominate the world have been shown to us. sultan of Delhi, another production by director Milan Luthria, has a similar idea to this one. Nonetheless, given that most people enjoy action and thrills, there is still a strong demand for these sorts of presentations from the general audience.
