Why neha kakkar was trolled after changing her name?
Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao's film stree 2 is rocking the box office. This horror-comedy film has made people laugh a lot. There are also some scary scenes in it which will definitely make people scream. The punch lines in the film are tremendous. Due to which this film is everywhere. There is a joke about neha kakkar in this film, but in it Sneha's name is taken instead of Neha. The reason behind changing Neha's name has been told by director amar Kaushik.
Amar kaushik has revealed this in an interview. In an interview given to bollywood Hungama, he told that the censor board had asked him to change Neha Kakkar's name. Which he agreed to.
Name changed due to this
Amar kaushik said - CBFC said that people may feel bad with such jokes. We found their point correct and we decided to change it. We did not tell them that we will keep the old dialogue. Anyway, people had understood the real meaning of this joke. amar further said- When you write comedy, there are many such jokes which are like the comments you make while sitting with friends. This is a joke, our intention is not to hurt anyone, it was just to bring humor to people. When someone says that let's add a gag, then I am like I don't want it.
Let us tell you that stree 2 was released in theaters on the night of 14 August. The film is earning a lot at the box office even on weekdays. The film has collected more than 400 crores worldwide. It is not going to take much time for the film to join the 500 crore club. Along with Shraddha, Rajkumar, Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana, abhishek banerjee are seen playing important roles in stree 2.
