Worldwide, theft events are not unusual. These incidents resulted in the deaths of thousands of innocent people, and the trauma that followed still haunts the victims. One of these was the 1999 hijacking of IC 814, which was meant to free Islamist militants detained in India. With hostages being kept for over seven days and india being forced to release three terrorists, it was one of the longest hijackings. Even though the incident's history is still vivid in everyone's memory, IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack, a tv series on Netflix, is bringing it up to date.

A trailer for the next series was recently published by the streaming site, and it has a number of explosive scenes. One of the main actors, Vijay Varma, can be seen masterfully capturing his panic on screen when a terrorist confronts him from behind. Seemingly portraying a minister, Pankaj Kapur attempts to control the situation and try to save the people on the airplane. At the same time, the airport officials work together, and we witness dramatic incidents when terrorists attack terrified people.

Additionally, Varma's character attempts to land the jet in a suspenseful sequence at the conclusion of the video, stating that the airplane has run out of fuel. The spectator is left in suspense when the lights on the runway are switched out in the scene that follows. manoj pahwa and naseeruddin shah will also have significant parts, although it is yet unknown if the full tragedy would be presented in a single season. There will be six episodes, which is noteworthy. According to the description, the show will center on a crew that did all possible to guarantee the passengers' safe return.

Anubhav Sinha, whose last several movies fared poorly at the box office, is the show's director. However, no one can deny that throughout the years, he has been able to wow both critics and audiences with his directing abilities. This is Sinha's chance to shine again. The release date of IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack is set for august 29, 2024.
