The world just learned that HYDRAA had destroyed Nagarjuna's N-Convention in Madhapur. The convention center has been discussed for years and was constructed in a lake's buffer zone. Ten acres are used to build N-Convention. The executive engineer (North Tank Division) states that Thammidi Kunta's FTL area is 29.24 acres, and that N-Convention has encroached on 2. acres of the buffer zone and approximately 1.12 acres of the FTL.

How quickly the government moved in this case is shocking. The media has been reporting for the past several days that HYDRAA has received complaints regarding N-Convention's invasion. In most situations, the owner would file a motion with the court to temporarily halt the proceedings, but nagarjuna chose not to do so. Most likely, he believed that the government would not take such a drastic measure.

That also exists in another form. It seems improbable that the government will demolish the conference center without informing nagarjuna or providing advance warning. Presumably, the actor was told by those in charge that the destruction was unavoidable and there was no turning back. Given that he is aware of the infractions, it's possible that nagarjuna want to avoid going to court and drawing negative attention.
