Based on the story of real-life people, this film was released on august 15 along with Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao's stree 2 and Akshay Kumar's film Khel-Khel Mein. However, the film can still be released on OTT after eight weeks of its release in theaters. If reports are to be believed, Veda can premiere on Zee5 in the second week of October.
