It is evident from a quick look at social media that over half of the people who are trying to watch kalki 2898 AD at home on OTT are not finding it to be compelling.

Many viewers are ending the film in fast-forward mode and claiming that they skip most of the first half. It makes sense because kalki 2898 AD doesn't have much drama.

Due to the film's striking graphics, the theater experience renders it a one-time viewing; nevertheless, on OTT and tiny screens, viewers are not left with the same impression, which makes the movie challenging to finish.
