Fashion brand Falguni Shane Peacock on Thursday unveiled its prewar store at The Dhan Mill in New Delhi. The inauguration was even more special as the day marked the 20th anniversary of the brand and it became a symbol of it. Let us tell you that this store has been designed by Gauri Khan.
Gauri Khan has worked on many high-end projects in the last few years. Talking to ANI, she explained how her design sense has evolved. Gauri said, 'My design sense evolves every day with every project, which brings new inspiration and a new perspective.'
When asked what was behind creating the store, Gauri said, 'Designing Falguni and Shane's store was about transforming their style into a physical space. We aimed to showcase their luxury pretwear line again with new interiors.
To make the store even more special on the completion of two decades of the brand, Gauri added a "personal touch". "To celebrate Falguni and Shane's journey of two decades, we added elements like custom brass monogram furniture," she said.
Describing her journey as "incredible", Gauri said, "Incredible, each project has been a new adventure filled with learning and creativity. My style evolves and grows with each space I design." The new store has been designed to give shoppers a taste of Falguni Shane Peacock's collections. Gauri has also created her husband, Shah Rukh Khan's new kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) office. Apart from this, Gauri has renovated several restaurants and celebrity homes in suburban Mumbai.
