Ajith Kumar’s Upcoming Films Set for Release Within a Month

Ajith Kumar’s next films, Vidaamuyarchi and Good Bad Ugly, are expected to be released in close succession. Initially planned for a diwali release, Vidaamuyarchi will now debut in December, as confirmed by actor arjun sarja at a recent event. This change in schedule has been officially announced, moving the film’s release from diwali to December.

There were earlier rumors that Vidaamuyarchi might be delayed until 2025, primarily due to high-budget films like Rajinikanth’s Vettaiyan, Suriya’s Kanguva, and Allu Arjun’s pushpa 2 filling up major release slots in 2024. Lyca Productions, the film’s producer, prefers a solo global release for Vidaamuyarchi, which likely influenced the decision to shift its release date.

As for Good Bad Ugly, it was initially slated for a pongal 2025 release. With Vidaamuyarchi now set for December, fans are curious about the timeline for both films. On the birthday of director Adhik Ravichandran, a special poster was released, reaffirming the commitment to a pongal 2025 release for Good Bad Ugly, despite the recent changes in release schedules.

This could result in two films from ajith kumar hitting theaters within just a month—an uncommon occurrence for a star of his stature. Following the completion of Good Bad Ugly, reports suggest that ajith kumar may take a break from acting for over six months, planning to travel internationally with his family and possibly resume his bike tour.

Additionally, ajith kumar is expected to announce his 64th project, tentatively titled AK 64, in May next year. This film is likely to be produced by sun Pictures, with its official launch planned for May 1, coinciding with ajith Kumar’s 54th birthday. The director for this project has yet to be confirmed.
