Rajinikanth Addresses Fake Pass Issues at Vettaiyan audio Launch

Rajinikanth and the Vettaiyan team celebrated the film’s audio launch in chennai on september 20, but the event faced complications with counterfeit passes. During an interview with sun News, Rajinikanth acknowledged the fan concerns, expressing hope that the organizers would resolve the issue. He stated, “I’m glad the audio launch went well, but I heard there were problems with the event passes. I hope the administration addresses this to prevent future occurrences.”

In the interview, Rajinikanth also praised the success of the song "Manasilaayo," crediting music composer anirudh ravichander for its popularity, and highlighted choreographer Dinesh Master’s catchy dance steps. He acknowledged the contributions of lyricists Super Subu and vishnu Edavan, along with singers Deepthi Suresh, Anirudh, and Yugendran.

Rajinikanth expressed confidence that audiences would appreciate Vettaiyan when it releases on october 10. Directed by TJ Gnanavel, the film tells the story of an IPS officer who effectively combats crime, featuring an ensemble cast including amitabh bachchan, Manju Warrier, Fahadh Faasil, and Rana Daggubati.

With anticipation building, a preview of Vettaiyan hints at thrilling action sequences, including a storyline involving an inquiry into extrajudicial killings led by Bachchan’s character. This character questions Rajinikanth's portrayal of police encounters, raising ethical concerns while Rajinikanth defends them as both punishment and crime prevention.

Following Vettaiyan, Rajinikanth will prepare for his next project, Coolie, directed by lokesh kanagaraj, which features a notable cast including Sathyaraj, nagarjuna Akkineni, shruti Haasan, Soubin Shahir, and Upendra.
