This whole matter is related to three films produced by Vasu Bhagnani - 'Hero Number One', 'Mission Raniganj' and 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan'. Let us tell you that akshay kumar and tiger shroff played the lead roles in Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. This film released this year was a flop. Later it was streamed on Netflix. Akshay was also in the lead role in Mission Raniganj.

Vasu alleges that Netflix had conspired to take the rights of these three films. He also claimed that despite Netflix buying the SVOD rights of these films, it has not paid Rs 47.37 crore.
