Bharat Shah had issued a notice against the film's director JP Dutta for not sharing the film's profits equally, but now JP Dutta's daughter Nidhi Dutta has stated the allegations made about the film.

On this matter, nidhi Dutta stated on behalf of JP Dutta and JP Films through a press release on X. In this, she has denied the allegations of financial misconduct leveled by Bharat Shah against JP Dutta regarding 'Border'. JP Films has described the allegations as false, baseless, and made to create public sensation.

The press release reads, 'The public notice issued by Little & Company (Advocate and Solicitor) on behalf of its clients Bharat Shah and Bina Bharat Shah in film trade journals, in which allegations have been made against JP Dutta regarding the accounts of the film Border, are false.'


He wrote that these allegations are baseless and have been made to gain public attention. This statement has now further aggravated the dispute between the two parties as JP Films has called Bharat Shah's allegations a ploy to create sensationalism.
