'Border' was released in 1997 but after 27 years its sequel 'Border 2' is coming. Sunny Deol, varun dhawan and diljit dosanjh are going to be seen in it but in the meantime, the film director's daughter nidhi Dutta has reacted to the controversy going on over the film. According to reports, the film's producer Bharat Shah had financed Border but later there was a rift between the two. Bharat Shah had issued a notice against the film's director JP Dutta for not sharing the film's profit equally but now JP Dutta's daughter nidhi Dutta has issued a statement on the allegations made about the film.

What did nidhi Dutta say about 'Border 2'?

On this matter, nidhi Dutta issued a statement on behalf of JP Dutta and JP Films through a press release on X. In this, he has denied the allegations of financial misconduct leveled by Bharat Shah against JP Dutta regarding 'Border'. JP Films has called the allegations false, baseless and made with the intention of creating public sensation.

The press release reads, 'The public notice issued by Little & Company (Advocate and Solicitor) on behalf of its clients Bharat Shah and Bina Bharat Shah in the film trade journals, in which allegations have been made against JP Dutta regarding the accounts of the film Border, are false.' He wrote that these allegations are absolutely baseless which have been made to get public attention. This statement has now made the dispute between the two parties more serious because JP Films has called Bharat Shah's allegations a ploy to create sensation
