Palak Sindhwani breaks silence after receiving legal notice!!!

Palak Sindhwani, who rose to fame with her character 'Sonu Bhide' in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, has been embroiled in several controversies for quite some time now. It started with rumours that Palak was sent a legal notice due to breach of contract, initially both Palak and producer Asit Kumar Modi denied the claims. However, Neela Film Productions, the production house, has now confirmed in an official statement that they had indeed sent a legal notice to the actress. Amidst this uproar, Palak has revealed that she has already left the show. In a conversation with Times of india, Palak said that the makers are making it difficult for her to exit.

Palak Sindhwani accuses TMKOC makers

Times of india quoted Palak Sidhwani as saying, "I informed the production house about my decision to leave the show on august 8. They decided to take some time and then told me that I would be given an official email to which I could send the resignation letter but that never happened. They delayed approving my resignation and after a few weeks I was shocked when I saw articles in the media about how I had violated the contract.

I had signed their contract 5 years ago and they refused to give me a copy of it. I received a copy on september 19, 2024. They had agreed to let me continue with brand endorsements and after the pandemic I also started brand endorsements on social media. They did not say anything then but when I announced my decision to leave the show, they started this plan of action. I have also taken legal advice and will follow what is right for my career.

Making it difficult to leave the show

According to the report, Palak further said, "I wanted to leave the show for health reasons and professional growth. I have had many meetings but no solution has been found yet. This is exploitation and I never expected this after working with them for five years. Just because I want to leave Taarak Mehta, they are making it difficult for me to exit.
