Aishwarya Rai, renowned for her beauty and intellect, achieved a significant milestone when she was crowned Miss World in 1994.

This accomplishment not only brought immense pride to the nation but also propelled her into the limelight. In 1997, just three years later, aishwarya made her acting debut in both hindi and tamil films with "Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya" and "Iruvar," respectively. Recently, director rahul Dholakia disclosed an intriguing fact regarding Aishwarya's initial foray into hindi cinema. During a podcast interview with Mukhesh Chhabra of Mashable India, Dholakia revealed that aishwarya was originally slated to debut in a different film, "Hum Bacche Hai Ek Daal Ke," which ultimately never saw the light of day due to production issues. Dholakia, who was overseeing the production, attributed the film's troubles to the director's mismanagement.
 He recounted, “Suniel had requested me to manage the production. The film was directed by Shashilal Nair, with rahul Gupta as the producer. My experience taught me valuable lessons about what a director should avoid.” Dholakia noted that the team aimed to assemble the finest crew, even bringing in an action director for the Independence Day sequence. However, he criticized the director's excessive arrogance, which was poorly received in America. Discussing the director's unrealistic demands, Dholakia stated, “He envisioned shooting an action scene at the Grand Canyon involving boulders the size of a room, requesting 1,000 such boulders. When questioned about the number of takes required for this scene, he took offense. Much of the production time was consumed by these impracticalities, leading me to understand the importance of reasonableness and foresight in filmmaking.”
