Bollywood's Desi girl Priyanka Chopra recently came to India. She attended the launch event of her new brand Max Factor. Apart from this, she was also a part of the trailer launch of Marathi film Paani. After this she has returned to America. These days she is busy shooting for the second season of her web series Citadel. Meanwhile, she has told the difference between her experience of working in bollywood and Hollywood.
In a recent interview with forbes India, she said- 'I think generally every country is different. We all have our own cultural things that we like and how we work. I think one big difference between hollywood and bollywood that I have seen is that there is a lot of paperwork in Hollywood.'
100 emails come in Hollywood
Priyanka further said- 'In hollywood, 100 emails will come to you before the next day. The time is very specific. It depends on what time you finished journey the night before. Unless you are working with a filmmaker like him, there is no scope for playing around. It is really tight and very organised.'
'We have a lot more Jugaad'
Talking about bollywood, the actress said, 'We have a lot more Jugaad and we get the job done. We are a bit romantic about it, like arre ho jaayega kar lenge. So it is a very different way of working but it is true for countries as well. I think our creativity can be very organic sometimes. That is the biggest difference I have seen otherwise filmmaking across the world speaks the same language.'
