In a conversation with casting director Mukesh Chhabra, vikramaditya said that ranveer singh fainted during the shooting.
When ranveer singh was in pain
He said- 'We went to Dalhousie in March. We shot for 2 days and Ranveer got hurt in his back. Ranveer said that he would be fine. The next day we were shooting, and Ranveer had to remove the bullet from his waist. Ranveer had prepared himself to such an extent that he wanted to feel the pain and show it on screen. Ranveer said to me - Sir what should I put here? I want to feel the pain. So I said just act.'
The director further said - So then Ranveer kept a black paper clip and pinned it near his waist. When he started climbing and descending the mountains, because he was shot, he had to sweat. Then he came and we shot the whole scene. But when finally we had to finish the shoot, he took out the clips. He was feeling pain everywhere. He was no longer feeling pain in the back but was feeling it in the front waist. He suddenly fainted and Ranveer had to be taken out. We had to take him out of Dalhousie the next day and that shooting schedule had to be cancelled.
