Considers 'Heeramandi-2' a big project
Manisha says about 'Heeramandi-2', 'This is a project of a lifetime for me. Right now I don't know when work will start on it. Right now Sanjay Leela Bhansali is busy with the film 'Love and War', and only after that he will work on 'Heeramandi-2'.' Manisha is very excited about working in the second part of this series.
Wants to do challenging roles
Manisha Koirala further says, 'After recovering from cancer, I am enjoying my life. I am happy that I am getting a chance to work and do great roles. I have also got a chance to work with good directors. Now I want to explore new dimensions in acting. I want to accept the challenge. I am not keen to do side roles.'
Talking about old films
Manisha also talked about her old films in many interviews recently. These included films like 'Dil Se' and 'Bombay'. Talking about 'Dil Se', she said that Shahrukh's character was not supposed to die in it, but later the ending of the film was changed. She was also forbidden to work in 'Bombay', but Manisha listened to her heart and worked with director Mani Ratnam in this film. Later, her decision proved right and the film 'Bombay' proved to be a hit.
