This film was well-liked for its action and comedy. Now the director of the film Nikhil Advani has given important information about the sequel of this film 'Chandni Chowk to Africa'. He said that if the audience wants, he will talk to akshay kumar about it and discuss the film.
While talking to mirchi Plus, Nikhil Advani said that he is getting to hear a lot about this film. When asked when the film will be released, he said, "Pata nahi yaar." He also added that the first half of 'Chandni Chowk to China' was brilliant but he is still unable to understand why the film has not been seen on the big screen.
When the host told him that even today people are waiting for the sequel of the film, Nikhil said that he will talk to akshay kumar about it. He also revealed that he often wakes up early in the morning and talks to akshay kumar at four in the morning and we are planning to work together.
Nikhil also revealed that 'Chandni Chowk to Africa' was never planned but he was hopeful that if 'Chandni Chowk to China' succeeds then its second part will be worked upon. He said that akshay kumar liked his film with deepika padukone a lot, however, the film had some problems in the second half due to which it did not succeed at the box office.
Nikhil Advani also said that if he got a chance, he would like to reshoot the second half of this film. The film also featured stars like mithun Chakraborty, Ranveer Shorey, Roger Yuan, and Chinese actor Gordon Liu. Talking about the work front, akshay kumar will soon be seen in films like 'Jolly LLB 3', 'Housefull 5', 'Welcome to the Jungle', 'Hera Pheri 3' and Sky Force.
